#ThankfulThursday #TestimonyThursday

Hello dear people. Hope your week has been great. Well, not so much chit chat today, let’s go straight to the point. Shall we?
Today, I’m thankful for life! I turned a year older yesterday. Like I love to say, another year older, another year wiser… 😀 I’m so thankful to God for how far I’ve come and the journey ahead.

I’m thankful for Gods grace. Ah! I cannot express how thankful I am. His grace is what keeps me going. If not for His grace, where would I be? His mercy and grace have kept me.

I’m thankful for answered prayers! Have you ever asked God for something, and He went ahead and did more than what you asked for? Divine jara. Lol. *covers face*

Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us, (‭Ephesians‬ ‭3‬:‭20‬ NKJV)

I’m soooo thankful! What are you thankful for? Pray, share!

Hellooooooo. It’s been a minute. Hope your week has been great so far. I can almost catch a whiff of the scent of le weekend. 😉 can you? Lol.
Well, today’s post kicks off with a reprimand. I came across this post by Heather Lindsey on Instagram and it was just the word in season for me!

I realized that for about two weeks, it had been kind of a struggle for me to see reason to be thankful and grateful to God. I did a whole lot of whining, more than I would normally do. Then I saw that post! It put a lot of things in perspective for me and I hope it would for you too.

Today, I’m grateful for the wonderful people around me. The people that see my flaws and imperfections and still stick it out. The Yorubas have a saying “eyan l’aso eyan”. It literarily means no man is an island. I’m thankful for and deeply value the people around me. You hear motivational speakers say “your network is your net worth”. It ain’t no joke! Without people, purpose will not make sense!

What (or who) are you thankful for? Pray share!

It’s the first edition of #ThankfulThursday #TestimonyThursday for the month of October!!! I’m super excited. There’s so much to celebrate and be thankful for. It’s the first day of the month. So, Happy New Month!!! I’m soooo psyched about this month for quite a number of reasons. I’m hopeful, I’m expectant and by His grace, I know my expectations will not be cut short and yours too, in Jesus name.
So, today, I’m thankful for a new month! 31 days of possibilities! The year is winding to an end but we still have a few more months to get things done. The month of October is my month, so yes, you can guess this is one reason for my extra excitement. Lol. Maybe, I would put up a birthday wish list. Just maybe. 😀

I’m also thankful for my beloved nation. Today marks Nigeria’s 55th independence anniversary. Lots of people have said there’s nothing to celebrate, but I totally disagree! Yes, we have had our challenges, but I firmly believe in the promise this nation holds. Potentials that someday soon, through our collective determination, hardwork and resilience and the help of God will become realities.

Lastly, I’m thankful for the gift of sound health! I was a bit under the weather earlier on in the week, but I’m up and about again. Thank you Lord!
It’s time to pass the baton to you. What are you thankful for? Pray, share…
